A certified building has been approved by a licensed engineer to with stand local snow and wind codes. Certified units will sometimes require the customer to upgrade the framing and /or add in additional anchors and braces. Wind and snow certification will range from 90 mph winds to 180 mph winds as well as from 20 pounds per square foot snow load to 65 pounds per square foot snow load. Location will determine your requirements.

Installation is available on any surface no more than 4" off level. We can install on concrete, ground, gravel, wood, etc. Different install surfaces may require that extra/different types of anchors be added to your order, there may be an additional charge for certain types of anchors. We are able to install on walls that are poured with concrete up to 3' tall.
We do offer free delivery and install in all areas that we service, however self installation is available for 5% off the cost of the building. Self installation will void the certifications as well as the warranty.
You can place a deposit to lock in the price and take delivery after you have had time to prepair the site for installation.
After you place your order, you will have up until they bring your unit to you, to make any necessary changes to the unit.

Location will determine this. Every county is different on their requirements for permits. If your county does require a building permit, you would be responsible for obtaining that. Engineered prints are available upon purchase of your metal building.

In most locations in our service areas, certified units will come with a 20 year rust warranty and a 1 year workmanship warranty. However location may have some effect on this.
